Performance: What We Cooked

French fries: Outstanding. Both fresh-cut and frozen fries came out evenly golden with a genuinely crisp exterior.

Chicken wings: Perhaps the most impressive result. The skin rendered out to a crispy, crackling texture reminiscent of deep-fried wings. Wings took 22–25 minutes at 400°F with a mid-cook flip.

Salmon fillets: Moist, flaky, and perfectly cooked in 10–12 minutes at 380°F.
