Every kitchen appliance review says it tested the product. We want to be specific: over 8 weeks, we cooked 43 distinct meals in the Cosori Pro 5.8-Quart Air Fryer. From frozen fries to a whole chicken, from fresh salmon fillets to reheated restaurant leftovers. Here's what we actually found.

The 5 Foods That Impressed Us Most

Chicken wings: The best result we got from the Cosori. Wings at 400°F for 24 minutes (flipped once) produced crackling skin indistinguishable from deep-fried. Better than our oven. Better than a dedicated wing appliance we'd previously owned.

Frozen French fries: Crispy throughout in 18 minutes, no oil added. Consistent browning with no cold spots.

Salmon fillets: 12 minutes at 380°F produced moist, flaky fish with a lightly crisped exterior. Zero mess versus pan-frying.

Reheated pizza: The single most impressive everyday use case. Leftover pizza reheated in 4 minutes with a crispy bottom and melted cheese. A microwave cannot do this.

Roasted broccoli: Better caramelization and texture than any oven result we've produced. The high circulating heat creates a char that makes vegetables genuinely delicious.

The One Thing That Surprised Us

We expected the air fryer to be useful. We didn't expect it to become the primary cooking appliance in our kitchen within two weeks. Once you understand how fast and consistent it is, you default to it for almost everything.
